Responsibility
We strive to create a positive impact for all our stakeholders – clients, investee companies, employees, shareholders, and the society.
Responsible Investing
We are one of the few signatories in India to the United Nations-supported Principles for Responsible Investment, since January 2023. This commitment underscores our dedication to integrating ESG factors into our investment strategies, enhancing our reputation among clients and stakeholders.
We regularly monitor and conduct risk-based classification of our fund’s portfolio assets to mitigate risk exposure and ensure alignment with fund documents, processes and global best practices in Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) criteria.
Our ESG Policy and RI policy are guided by the UN Principles of Responsible Investments and UN Global Compact. We disclose details regarding our ESG processes and initiatives through an annual ESG Report.

Our Impact
Energy: Advancing Transition Towards Green Energy
As part of our long-term investment strategy, we continue to add renewable energy assets to our portfolio that contribute to the broader shift towards a cleaner energy. As of March 2025, we have committed ~USD 200 mn to renewable energy projects.
These assets collectively generated ~1,251,300 MWh of electricity, offsetting ~108mt CO2e emissions. EAAA Alternatives has aligned itself with India’s clean energy targets by launching a fund that invests in greenfield projects and mid-sized companies in the energy transition and decarbonisation sectors.
Water: Ensuring Sustainable Resource management
We recognise water as a shared and vital resource. To conserve it, we have introduced robotic cleaning systems for our solar modules and adopted rainwater harvesting. These efforts have saved ~94,361 kilolitres of water*.
*For one year ending 31st March, 2025
Tree Plantation and Sustenance Drive
In line with our SHEQ policy, a large-scale tree plantation initiative was under taken across select solar assets. During FY 2024–25, we have planted over 11,230 saplings with a remarkable 83% survival rate, resulting in 9,419 thriving trees across India.
Responsibility towards Employees
Our talent has been a key factor in our growth and market leadership. To maintain our momentum, we continue to enhance our employee value proposition to attract and retain high-quality, results-oriented professionals. We consistently invest in upskilling our workforce. Regular mentoring and learning workshops help employees develop both functional and behavioral skills, enhancing their capabilities and readiness for greater responsibilities. We plan to further strengthen our leadership capabilities through various capacity-building programs, executive and group coaching, and learning journeys throughout the year.
